How do I import my broker's CSV file?

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for security details.

Can I sync my portfolio across devices?

Yes. Optional iCloud Sync works on Mac and iPad. On one device, create a cloud environment in Settings → iCloud Sync and copy the Join Code. On your other device, choose Join Existing Environment and enter the code and environment name. You do not need to copy your portfolio file. Choose Editor to sync changes or Viewer for read-only access. Dashboard layouts stay per device; portfolio data syncs.

What is a Join Code?

An 8-character code (shown as XXXX-XXXX) from Settings → iCloud Sync on the device that created the cloud. Share it with your other Mac or iPad signed into the same Apple ID. An optional sync password limits who can join as an Editor.

Which brokers are supported?

Dashwell Portfolio Creator can import CSV files from any broker. See the User Guide for broker-specific instructions.

How do I get live market data?

Configure optional API keys in Settings. Supported providers: Alpha Vantage, Tiingo, Massive, and FMP. See the User Guide for setup instructions.
